A great example is the launch of F&F online - a clothing brand loved by customers and previously available only in-store. Our team in Kraków made this possible by building the Product Intelligence Platform, which features AI-powered capabilities including taxonomy mapping, title and description generation, and care label extraction. These capabilities enabled us to digitize and enrich thousands of products quickly and accurately, contributing to £4.2m in online sales and showing how AI can accelerate transformation at scale.
