New roles around AI. Who on your team is already doing them?

AI creates new work in teams and it often reaches people before it has its own job title. Someone starts checking whether the model's answers make sense. Someone else keeps track of EU AI Act compliance or coordinates several AI agents in one process. They do it alongside their regular work and nothing changes in their job title or career path.
I'll talk about the new roles emerging as AI develops, using seven areas of work as a map. Building models and systems is only one of them. Most are about making AI actually work in a company so implementation, oversight, evaluation and people working with agents.
I'll also show how to recognise this work in a team's tasks and who in a company is closest to it today. We'll talk about who is worth developing and who to look for on the market and why juniors can learn the job here, even as there may be fewer and fewer classic entry-level positions.
