Rewiring the Human Element: Neuroscience and the Future of Change
11:50 - 13:20, 25 listopada 2025 / ROUND TABLES
Every transformation project, whether process-focused, cultural, or today’s digital and AI-driven initiatives, comes down to one truth: people decide whether it succeeds or fails. Yet too often, boardroom conversations treat resistance, disengagement, and misalignment as cultural or technical issues. In reality, they are rooted in how the human brain wires and fires. Culture is not the cause, but the output of countless individual brains, and unless we understand that, no strategy or technology can truly take hold.
This interactive roundtable explores how insights from neuroscience can reshape the way we approach change and improve adoption of new ways of working. By focusing on how leaders and teams believe, think, feel and act, we can uncover why old patterns persist, and what it takes to create alignment and genuine engagement with innovation.
To spark discussion, we’ll ask:
• Why do humans still resist change even when budgets and tech are world-class? (What have we been missing?)
• What changes in our approach, when we realise disengagement and misalignment are sensible neurological responses, not cultural problems?
• If AI could automate everything tomorrow, would people embrace it, or would their brains reject it?
